Thank you for choosing DesignZ by Destiny! Please review the information below regarding custom orders, policies, and expectations before placing your order.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting an order for custom-decorated merchandise, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal right, authority, and permission to use any and all content provided to DesignZ by Destiny, LLC, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, images, text, artwork, or likenesses.

 

You agree that:

  • You have obtained written permission from the rightful owner of any trademarked or copyrighted material used in your design, or you are the authorized owner or agent.

  • Your requested use does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

  • You will not submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

 

DesignZ by Destiny, LLC does not grant, transfer, or license ownership of any logos, trademarks, or designs through the sale of its products.

 

DesignZ by Destiny, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that, in its sole discretion, appears to violate intellectual property laws or these terms.

Limitation of Liability

DesignZ by Destiny, LLC is not responsible for any misuse, unauthorized use, or infringement resulting from the materials provided by the customer.

 

By placing an order, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless DesignZ by Destiny, LLC from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of submitted content.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet begun.

Returns & Refunds

All items are custom-made and made-to-order. Therefore:

  • Returns are not accepted for refunds unless the item is received damaged or defective.

  • Each item is inspected prior to delivery.

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photo evidence of the issue

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

 

A return shipping label will be provided for approved claims.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item received is incorrect or defective

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery

 

Please note:

  • Exchanges requested for reasons other than our error (e.g., change of preference) will require the customer to cover shipping costs

  • We encourage customers to review all order details carefully before purchase

Shipping & Turnaround Times

All items are made-to-order.

  • Production Time: Estimated 1–2 weeks

  • Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days after shipment

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after shipment

All orders include tracking information.

Rush Orders

Rush orders may be accommodated upon request and are subject to additional fees. Please contact us prior to ordering for availability.
